All areas were pristine and immaculately clean. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The bus stop was just around the corner so it was easy to get to the main part of town. The location is perfect, with the Airbnb being located within a quiet part of Zermatt but still a short walk from the main shopping and restaurant corridor. +1Excellent stay! The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful. The studio is clean and comfortable. Has everything you need. It’s very cute. The location is incredible. A full view of the Matterhorn from the balcony! I love that this place is up a little higher in Zermatt away from the crowds. I got off the train and was shocked with how jam packed the streets were in the village. I know it’s high season but it was nuts. The beauty of this place is that you can visit all the village has to offer then retreat to your peaceful “home” away from the crowds. There are great restaurants nearby. Not too crowded. I enjoyed Waldhaus and loved the drinks at Gesepy. The gondola to Matterhorn is just a few minutes walk away. I took a taxi to the studio when I arrived in town at the train station, which was very easy. Yesterday, after visiting the village, I just walked back. It’s a bit of a climb but a nice walk and pretty easy and the scenery and town are gorgeous. I highly recommend staying here! Photos are from the balcony last night and moon set this morning! Front and center to Matterhorn. I loved how the studio is just out of the main village. I got off the train and the village streets were swarming with people. I grabbed a taxi to the studio which is just above the village. There were no crowds. Just peace. Wonderful restaurants very close by. I enjoyed Waldhaus and had the most amazing drinks at Gesepi. You can easily walk to the gondola that takes you to the Matterhorn. After I walked into town. I walked back up the hill to the quiet studio. A beautiful walk. The bathroom was clean and modern with storage for our own items. The bed was particularly comfortable and we had no disturbances from other residents. The balcony with the view of the Matterhorn was a particularly amazing feature. The apartment is a good 25 minute walk into the village, however the free bus was very helpful. +0We stayed as a couple on a ski trip, and Evelyn was absolutely wonderful with us from the very first moment. On our arrival day, my flight was delayed by almost three hours and I ended up arriving in Zermatt very late at night. Despite this, she was constantly in touch, making sure we were okay and helping us with the correct train connections. The welcome was truly top-level. The apartment itself is exceptional: fully renovated, modern, spacious (which is not easy to find in Zermatt), and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need, all new and of high quality. The bathroom amenities are far beyond what you would normally expect, even compared to many hotels: soap, shampoo, cream, makeup remover, and every small detail thoughtfully provided. The views are simply spectacular. Waking up and seeing the Matterhorn directly from the window — even from the bed — is something truly special. The location is ideal: a very quiet area, yet only two bus stops from the main gondola to the ski area (Matterhorn Express). Both Evelyn and Emil are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on making your stay perfect. There is honestly nothing negative to say. The beds are very comfortable, the apartment is bright, spacious, beautifully renovated, and extremely well maintained. We had a fantastic stay, would absolutely come back, and highly recommend this apartment. A real gem in Zermatt.

Verified Truly incredible! The space is immaculate with a super cozy bed and boasts a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The location is perfect, with the Airbnb being located within a quiet part of Zermatt but still a short walk from the main shopping and restaurant corridor. Emil and Evelyn were so accommodating and made our stay in Zermatt better at every turn, to include giving us great local food recommendations and explaining the public transportation system (there is a free e bus system within Zermatt that is super convenient). Verified This studio is amazing. The hosts are SUPER responsive, friendly and helpful. The studio is pristine. And has everything you need. The view is soectacular! Front and center to Matterhorn. I loved how the studio is just out of the main village. I got off the train and the village streets were swarming with people. I grabbed a taxi to the studio which is just above the village. There were no crowds. Just peace. Wonderful restaurants very close by. I enjoyed Waldhaus and had the most amazing drinks at Gesepi. You can easily walk to the gondola that takes you to the Matterhorn. After I walked into town. I walked back up the hill to the quiet studio. A beautiful walk. Uphill but not too bad and this morning I easily walked downhill to the train with my luggage. I’d highly recommend!
