Welcome to our charming (102 m2 BFG ) 3 1/2 room vacation apartment in Zermatt! It is stylishly furnished and is situated in a quiet location on the southern edge of the village. It offers a fantastic view of the Matterhorn and the mountain world.

Enjoy the peace and relaxation in our flat, it includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, (one with shower, the other with bathtub), a large lounge with kitchen and two balconies . In the salon you can light the wood-burning stove on cold winter nights. The flat is currently rented to long-term guests.

House rules

Living together in an apartment building requires certain guidelines and mutual consideration on the part of all. The residents must refrain from doing anything that could have a disturbing effect on the other residents.

These house rules form an integral part of the tenancy agreement.

All flats are non-smoking flats.

We ask our guests to take care of the furnishings. Any damage will be charged to the tenant.

From 22.00 hrs until 07.00 hrs in the morning, special consideration is to be given to the nightly peace and quiet of fellow tenants. During this time, do not let any water into the bathtub.

During the day as well as at night it is forbidden to use music and television sets with open windows or doors and on balconies in such a way that the neighbourhood is disturbed. Even with closed windows and doors, radio and television sets should be set to room volume.

We kindly ask you not to wear ski boots in the staircase and in the flats and not to leave skis and sledges in the entrance hall.

Check-in times are form 4:00 pm and check-out-times before 9.:30 am., as we have to make the apartment available again for newly arriving guests.
